Client Agreement Form

When you retain Jenny's Travel Agency LLC to help plan your travel, you're hiring a professional travel advisor to ensure that your trip is tailored to your taste, preferences, and budget. You get the benefit of our skill, experience and training, our professional relationships, and our industry connections. Our Professional Services Fee covers your consultation, our research and recommendations, preparation of quotes and itineraries, reserving and booking each element of your trip, securing quotes for comprehensive travel insurance, administration of your booking from deposit to departure, and follow-up post-trip with suppliers (as needed).

Professional Service Fee

Proposals for Domestic, all inclusive and cruises, fees start at $150.00 for full trip planning, up to 14 days for 2 people for one destination. If more than 2 people in your room/cabin the additional fee is $25 per person.  15+ days there is an additional fee of $50 per person. Proposals for a different destination will be charged an additional fee of $150.00 per destination

Groups (8+ people) planning starts at $600 for up to 12 people and then $25 per each additional person.

Proposals for European destinations, multiple European destinations and river cruises start at $300 for full trip planning up to 14 days for 2 people in a room/cabin. For more than 2 people in the same room/cabin the additional fee is $50 per person. 15+ days there is an additional fee of $50 per person.

Groups (8+ people) planning starts at $800 for up to 12 people and then $50 per each additional person.

Last minute booking fees will be subject to additional fees of $200.00 for trip requests within 30 days of travel—or within 90 days if travel is during a national holiday.

Our Trip Planning Fees cover the logistics of the trip, which include land arrangements such as hotels (up to three), trains, transfers, and scheduled activities. Once you are booked you will receive an app to download to your phone that will have your whole itinerary on it. This app will notify you in real time of any schedule changes to your flights. The app will include your documents, a link to book excursions, things to see and do in destination, what to expect when you arrive to your resort, what you need to do prior to your departure and much more. Included items are subject to change.

AIRLINE TICKETS (I DO NOT book air only unless I am unable to book that as part of a package with my supplier.  If this needs to be booked separately I will give you, the client, the option to book airfare on your own. Otherwise the following fees apply.)

  • $100.00 per person (domestic flights)
  • $300.00 per person (international flights)

GENERAL TERMS All Planning Fees are separate from the cost of your travel. All Planning Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, whether or not you decide to book travel.

This Agreement is separate from your agreements with any travel suppliers, e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, and any other suppliers. You have 30 days from date of quote to book and deposit your trip. After 30 days a new planning fee will apply.

CANCELATIONS After you book your trip with Jenny's Travel Agency and you decide to cancel your booking will incur a fee up to 10% of the booking total (minimum of $300). For each change you make to your booking you will incur a fee of $100 minimum. These fees are payable to Jenny's Travel Agency prior to any changes/cancelations being made.
